How much commission do you pay?

We pay 15% commission on all sales to the school or nursery.

How much involvement from us is needed on the day ?

Not very much actually. Karen, our photographer will agree a start time with you and she will arrive well before that to set up and get herself ready. All she asks from you is to bring out the children as required. At the end of the shoot each child takes home an access code sheet with a number unique to their own photograph(s).

When will the photographs be ready for the parents to buy?

We guarantee them to be ready within two weeks but typically it is much sooner than that. Most often, they are available within a week.

How do the parents buy the photos?

They access our shop site using the login details and unique code on the sheet(s) brought home by their child(ren) and purchase them online.

How soon will the photos be delivered?

For the first two weeks, parents are offered free delivery back via school or nursery. Once that has passed, the orders are processed as one batch and sent back to the school or nursery for the staff to distribute. After that deadline, all orders are subject to a postage charge to the home address.

Do you offer sibling photos?

Yes we do unless the school or nursery specifically requests us to only photograph each sibling individually. Whenever we photograph siblings we offer sibling print and digital packages at a discounted rate.

Do you offer discounted packages?

Yes, absolutely, both on multiple prints and for sibling photographs. We do not offer any packages on class groups however.

How long are the photos available for sale?

Normally for six months. after thatb time they are archived but can be quickly made available again if requested.

How long do you keep the photos?

We keep them indefinitely unless specifically asked to delete them, which has never happened thus far.

How much do your photos cost parents?

Our prices start at £9.50 for a single unmounted small print. Our most popular product, a single 8inch x 6inch mounted photo costs £14
